Passports
In order to travel, please ensure that your passport is valid for 6 months after the end of your proposed visit. It can take some time to obtain a new passport so please apply early.
Visas
You should apply for a visa around 4 weeks before travel and we will send you an invitation letter to support your application.
Uganda
Buy your visa online in advance. You cannot buy one on arrival.
Rwanda
Visas should be purchased online.
East African Tourist Visa
If you are visiting more than one East African country, apply to the first country to be visited for an East African Tourist visa which costs USD 100.

Travel Insurance
We require all of our guests to have valid travel insurance in place. We recommend you are covered for cancellation, loss or damage to personal possessions, international medical evacuation and any specialist activities such as white water rafting.
